Management
Introduction
Company management is divided into three levels. The first level is decision makers-responsible for major decision-making and day-to-day co-ordinate and monitor management, composed by the general manager and another three deputy general managers who are in charge of sales, finance and production. The other one is executives-responsible for the implementation of management, formed by each department manager who should take final responsibility for its department. The last level is all kinds of departments' process of produceing.
